It's ironic how human it feels to travel the world and forget about your own!
As we go, I'll slowly upload information about places to visit Australia. Warning! This page will include local secrets only. There will be no guides on visiting Sydney CBD, seeing the Opera House, or visiting Bondi beach. This will just be the quiet little hang outs that we Aussies like to keep for ourselves.
This is a fun little local spot near Wollongong, around an hour from Sydney. It's easy to get to, has a carpark around ten minutes' away, and is a hidden secret. The weekends in the summer can get busy with locals, but during the week you'll have it all to yourself.
It's a fun walk down too - it only takes 10 minutes but you can either rock climb or walk around and stick to the "path". If you're heading through Wollongong, it's worth the stop.
